Mr. Manley-Rook has more than 17 years of experience in treating children and adults with emotional, behavioral, and substance addiction disorders. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor of Social Work degree and a Master of Social Work degree from East Carolina University.

Keshawn Mccleod
MSW, LCSW, LCAS-P
Keshawn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who brings a wealth of knowledge in the provision of mental health services to N.C. She has actively served children, adolescents, families, couples and adults for over 10 years, in a variety of clinical and academic settings. Ms. McCleod’s areas of specialty are persistent mental illnesses, substance abuse, and childhood disorders. She also focuses on high risk adult populations such as HIV clients and criminal offenders. Ms. McCleod obtained a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Elizabeth City State University and a Master of Social Work Degree from Howard University.
Pam Winborne-Jones
Pamela Jones- Winborne was born in Norfolk, Virginia. She graduated from Norfolk State University in 1977. She attended Liberty University and began working on her Master's Degree in Counseling.
She is a Qualified Professional in the Mental Health/Substance Abuse field for over 30 years. She is presently working on certification as a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor.
